By accessing or using EndlessFold (“the Service”), operated by Sam Mayell Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EndlessFold is a digital platform providing paper craft instructions, tutorials, and related content. The Service includes both free and paid content. Free users may access a limited preview of craft instructions. Paid users receive full access to all craft instructions and downloadable materials.

3. Purchases and Payment

EndlessFold offers a one-time purchase for full library access at the price displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases made on EndlessFold. Because our product is digital content that is immediately accessible upon purchase, we cannot verify whether the content has been consumed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact us at support@endlessfold.com and we will resolve the access issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EndlessFold, including but not limited to text, images, instructions, designs, graphics, and code, is the property of Sam Mayell Limited and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Purchased access grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print instructions for personal use only.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share, redistribute, or resell purchased content; (b) use automated systems to scrape, copy, or download content in bulk; (c) attempt to circumvent the paywall or access controls; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that following our instructions will produce any specific result. Paper crafting involves manual skill that varies by individual. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or frustration resulting from attempting the crafts described on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sam Mayell Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may add or remove crafts, change features, or update pricing for new purchases. Existing purchases will maintain access to the content available at the time of purchase.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
