To request a refund, email support@endlessfold.com with your purchase email address. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

After 30 Days

Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase cannot be honored. Your access to the library will continue regardless.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem at any time — such as content not loading, payment errors, or access issues — contact us at support@endlessfold.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We're happy to resolve any issue directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in access being revoked.
