   Place the A4 paper portrait, white side up.

   Fold the paper in half lengthwise, crease, and unfold.

   Cut along the crease to make two halves.

   Take one half and fold it into a long thin strip by folding in half lengthwise twice.

   Cross the two strips in an X shape at their midpoints.

   Fold each of the four arms at the crossing point so they angle downward at about 45 degrees.
